Remark:
1. Electrostatic protection
1. The workbench touching the LED products should be covered with protective electric tape and grounded reliably;
2. Personnel must wear electrostatic wristbands (wired electrostatic rings) and protective gloves when touching LEDs, and wear anti-static clothes, electrostatic shoes and electrostatic caps when conditions permit;
3. The equipment that touches the LED during the application and processing must be reliably grounded, such as soldering iron, foot trimmer, foot bending machine, and welding equipment. If possible, a plasma fan can be installed to eliminate static electricity;
4. In use or when designing electronic circuits, the hazards of excessive current to LEDs must be considered.
LED installation method
1. Be sure not to install the LED when the pins are deformed
2. When installing the LED on the printed circuit board, the center distance of the holes on the circuit board should be the same as the center distance of the LED lamp pins. If the hole spacing is large, the lamp pins will have residual stress, and the resin part may be caused during soldering. Produce deformation
3. When the LED is inserted into the PCB board, the holes on the PCB board should match the size of the lamp pin to avoid being too large or too small;
4. It is recommended to use the guide sleeve for positioning when installing the LED;
5. The pad area of each solder foot of the double pin is not less than 4.6 square millimeters;
6. The area of each solder foot pad of Piranha is not less than 9.2 square millimeters;
7. The area of each solder foot pad of SMD ordinary single crystal bracket is not less than 3.9 square millimeters;
8. The area of each solder pad of the SMD three-in-one bracket is not less than 1.65 square millimeters;
9. For other types of lamps, the size of the pads should be determined according to the actual lamp structure.
