LEDs are sensitive to humidity, so they should be stored in a sealed container with a desiccant or nitrogen moisture-proof cabinet to avoid moisture absorption after unpacking.

Electrostatic protection is also crucial for LED patch lamps, as they are sensitive to electrostatic damage. To prevent damage to LEDs, anti-static wristbands or gloves should be worn while handling them. Grounding protection should also be implemented for all machinery, equipment tools, work tables, material racks, etc. Anti-static bags, boxes, and turnover boxes should be used for storage and transportation, and plastic should never be used. It is also recommended to use an ion fan to suppress electrostatic generation during operation.

Cleaning of LED patch lamps should be done using alcohol solvents rather than corrosive solutions. With proper care and handling, LED patch lamps can provide reliable and long-lasting illumination for a wide range of lighting applications.
